Grand Master Eunjin Yu is a 7th Degree Black Belt and the lead instructor of Master Jung's World Taekwondo in New City, NY. A Kukkiwon International Master Course and Poom-Dan Examiner certified instructor, Grand Master Yu brings decades of world-class experience to every class. As the 1993 Olympic Style Sparring Korean National Champion and a member of the DanKook University Taekwondo Team, Grand Master Yu competed at the highest levels of the sport before dedicating his life to teaching. He believes the true reward of Taekwondo comes not from competing with others, but from overcoming personal challenges — helping every student grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character. Our program is rooted in the values of loyalty, discipline, and perseverance helping students grow into confident, respectful individuals both on and off the mat.
